I operated a business with a corporation as an entity on the one hand and another entity on the other. I was able to play both sides of the fence shuffling to my personal benefit. I have prior experience to back up my concern here. ICBS is in relation to ICBT but that doesn't necessarily mean that the investor is in relation to ICBS.
