Your supposed to file your Corporate Status yearly, and as I understand it (at least here in Florida) it gets renewed normally for one year.
The last corporation I owned and filed for personally I also had to file every May, and it would be renewed for 1 year.
So, this makes sense to me, obviously there were some problems holding things back there for a while, but its nice to see it back in good standing, and should be considered a positive.....
