Any company can invest in a public entity, they could have participated in the PIPE if they wanted to.
But the bottom line isn't whether they chose to invest in Agilyx over JBII, I'm simply arguing against other posters opinion that Agilyx is not a viable competitor to JBII.
None of those companies invest lightly without a) doing strong due diligence and b) believing the company they're investing in has a good chance at success.
Or, perhaps,,,,,,Allied Waste beat them to it,,,,,,while WM was beginning their DD on JBI.......I think you're right....They will come around....Who in their right mind wouldn't.....??????.......:)
