New highs is one of many parameters, it may indicate (if we get a good decline without new lows expanding too much) that another run might be coming. I don't know, but right now, we are quite one sided in many indicators, so I did the rational thing and took my sizeable loss in ZRAN here at $16.20 (one serving a loss of $1.79 and one serving a real ouch, $3.01.
