If she doesn't have experience is one thing. If she has a ton of experience, that's another thing. It simply creates a vantage point from which to assess HFBG's prospects.
For example, let's talk about semiconductors. Say a person who'd worked at Intel, Freescale and Linear Technology launched a company to make chips. The person surrounds him/herself with folks with similar experience.
Let's say another person with no semiconductor experience launches the same type of company. He/she surrounds him/herself with semiconductor industry experts. We aren't sure who the "seasoned semiconductor experts" mentioned are! We are just expected to believe! LOL!
Both have the same aim. As an investor, you'd have a different vantage point from which to make a decision.
