My theory is that Mr. Digenova and pals still have plenty of shares they would like to get rid of.

Hinting that selling shares after some vague merger date between Centacom and NHSH would invalidate your rights to participate in the non-sense is simply a way to prevent some other shareholders from competing with you as you try to unload.

Who says it won't happen? IMO still will just depends still what happens with QASP and control of it.
