Well written. The biggest factor with TEVE is the Lenfest debt and how it will be handled. There are some who would propound that it can be "counted on" that Lenfest will waive this debt. Counting on the "unknown" is foolishness and never constitutes sound reasoning to any investor. Matters such as this should only be viewed as possible, not probable, and therein lies the difference between gambling and investing. Until management defines and addresses their core issues which have for years inhibited investor participation outside the confines of employees and message boards, the manipulation, by whatever name you choose to define it, will continue. Investors will always look at the core metrics of fundamentals, reasonable certainty in time and probability. Manipulators are enabled by the lack thereof. Management's reluctance to offer guidance on these key issues have accomplished nothing except to keep TEVE stock in the protracted anemic condition it dwells in, is without merit, and serves only to enable ongoing manipulation.
