As he'd quickly tell you, he can do some of the programming, but I won't let him within a mile of any of the source code. It's more a control thing than a testament to what I think of his programming skills. Well, it's some of the latter, too. If you do something the easy way, but it's a little bit inefficient, it doesn't seem like much, but when it's a routine whose usage is measured in hundreds of thousands of times per day, getting a field in a query that you really didn't need, for example, quickly becomes a "BIG PROBLEM".
