Wild Man, I have a MM that works in my office bldg and have had several discussion with her on LLEG and the Grey market. Folks can beleive what they want but there are still MM's involved and it's not just a B/D matching orders, I have seen it firsthand.

Not that this really matters, it's still not a good thing to be trading in the grey market as a matter of fact when I gave her the story behind LLEG and asked if she had ever seen a stock move from grey to pink she said no. Not that it hasn't happened, she just had never seen it happen. She also said that most pink sheet are a scamm and a longshot at best. FWIW

It's all guess work, no one knows what's going on. Until such a time as LLEG or the SEC comes out with more information, we will all be in the dark.

People always say that, but it is not true in the sense people think about it... if someone has 100,000 bid in somewhere and you want to sell 10,000 shares... in most cases would count as a matching 10,000 trade ( if your broker does it ) ... your 10,000 sell would match a partial 10,000 buy out of 100,000 shares etc... they would then have another 90,000 waiting there for others, even if it was like 100 shares... etc... really annoying sometimes of how people think about this Grey stuff... :-D
