LOL so your saying someone with 10million shares only has 10000 in assets, when the price of gold is reaching the highest level ever and the Compnay has seven + properties with gold and minerals. LOL come on, definately call SEC, call right now. Tell them a penny stock Company is mis-leading investors and diluting the the stock price, the funelling money through bogus law suites into partner ship Companies.
