Whatever happens Taki, I hope those who sold last week and those who still have their shares BOTH come out winners. The folks who should have to pay here are the insiders who sold short and started this mess. Everyone else needs to be able to come out a winner on this. How the SEC can come up with a solution that results in fair play (and the above remedy IMO) will be interesting to see.

The very worse thing that could happen, and what the SEC cannot allow to happen here, is to let the insiders and the company off the hook for their mistakes. After all, this all started by the insiders trying to screw the little share holder. The SEC needs to remember this and know that many folks have become aware of this situation and are watching to see what solution the SEC comes up with.

TAKI _ the syetem broke down - someone went short - either intentionally or on purpose - IT was a mistake - I wil admit that BUT it happened JUt as if I left $10,000,000 in a bag on a bench in the park and it was gone when I got back to look fo it - IT WAS MISTAKE - The market hath no mercy. I and you also have made many mistakes that have cost us. I have misread NRs - I have bought 10 times the amount I intended to. I have bought the wrong symbol. I have bougght when I thought I was selling and vice versa. Do you think for even one minute I would not have been met witha chorus of laughter up and down Bay street if I tried to get those trades reversed because I made a "mistake".

They must fix it NOT US
