#27516 RE: Lostcoastkid #27512

What about them? Yeah, its bad, and I've already stated my opinions on that. But people are starting to become unreasonable with some of the comments and exaggerations.

I've said all along CBIS needs a new CEO and Dr Bob needs to be locked in the lab. They need a proper IR channel of communication. They need to use PR's for business updates. They need to follow through on projects.

Now, the worst thing he did regarding the Pre14C was to start answering questions about it on youtube, because it just became fuel for the invention of half-truths by people who would like CBIS to go down no matter what. The fact is, according to what he said and according to evidence in the PRE14C's themselves, they are responding to requests from the SEC for modifications with each new one. That's all we know.

What I find most curious, is that people who generally profess a desire to see cannabis victorious in the mainstream, or who show sufficient knowledge on the topic, demonstrate that they would intentionally like to see CBIS go down in flames. How could you not want CBIS to succeed? I can see you wanting to make up your losses, or wanting a new CEO, or wanting more transparency. But actually wanting it all to go up in flames? That to me doesn't make sense. That seems like an angry or bitter reaction.

For those of us longs who have lost $ here, its highly unlikely that you'd get your money back from a lawsuit or investigation of criminal activities. Its more likely that you'd get it back waiting for the next CBIS or "pot" sector run, or if CBIS made some internal changes and became a better company. Not likely to happen? Well, there aren't many other options.

I could bring back my list of concerns/questions again if you'd like. They're all still valid. But the fact is if either of the contract referred to materialize on time, you're likely to get a run good enough to recoup any losses. Or if you have more patience, like matty, you could wait until 2012 legislation season begins when all the sector stocks are bound to run nicely.
