#15985 RE: greedy__malone #15983

I will answer both questions for you:

1. Ken is not hiding. He is suspended from the board until 7/31. If you click on the upper right corner under "bans" it will show you posters banned from the board. So don't wait for him to post here because he cannot. See what assumptions do?

2. I don't recall any idle chat about "large buyers ready to snatch up all the shares." However, let us assume that is true. The fact that a poster reveals that he is willing to buy at .01 (but there are no sellers) certainly does not translate into "another lie like all the other BS hype spread here."

PS, to address your earlier post (re: NVSOS). I'm sure that you misunderstood, so I will explain: My point was that the minimal income bracket utilized was due to the fact that Premiere was formed a month earlier. If Premiere was formed in December, with the intent to insert assets, why would you expect them to report a higher income bracket based on the future? For all you know, Premier could have acquired assets anytime after late January. I don't know what they have as much as you don't know what the intent was for the formation.

PSS, as far as 'shell acquisition: I can say that Medlink (former) parent company found it humorous that there was a hijacking rumor going around. In addition, multiple shareholders in Medlink (that have no part of anwm) have also expressed MedLink's reaction to the rumor. Now, I agree that that's all "hearsay," but truly not a single poster even had that much info to allege that far fetched "hijacking theory." I mean, if a Medlink 1st quarter 10Q passed with no shell reference - then I'd say you could be right. If a 2nd 10Q passed with no shell reference, then I'd say you are likely correct. But you have no justification in that left field theory. It only looks like 'high hopes' from those who want anwm to fit the penny scam bill. How about you find me a typical 'penny scam' scenario, shell preferably, (as an example) with multiple years of accumulation charted like anwm with also an o/s count that hadn't changed within that period. I'd like an example of that since we've already exhausted the no grey graduation theory & the no mm submits a firm 211 to finra theory.
