Please kimble. You know and have been told over and over again, numerous times. Direct links have still been provided to you numerous times.

You absolutely know that Platinum gets a cut of movie merchandising. Please stop acting like this and asking the same freaking questions over and over again every day.

This is getting so annoying with the crap so many people are trying to do with trashing this company.

What Madddog Mickee received from Platinum regarding licensing.

It was a standard option/acquisition deal. They optioned the film and TV rights from us and exercised on the option, acquiring the film/tv rights, just prior to the green light of the film. That's the $2M everyone keeps talking about. It's a much better deal than I've seen in a long time in Hollywood , where most underlying property rights are closer to the $100k range these days. So people that say we made a bad deal out of desperation can bite me (sorry, mini vent). Platinum retains the classic (i.e. non-movie based) merchandising rights and participates in all movie-related merchandising and licensing. I can't reveal exactly what percentage we participate on, but it's significant. So every time you see a 7/11 cup being sold with C&A and Harrison Ford's face on it, Platinum makes money. A lot of the merchandising deals that we've been announcing recently, like Gameloft, are classic based deals that Platinum controls 100%. It's all available in the filings.

The Company assigned all rights, except merchandising rights, to DreamWorks for the “Cowboys and Aliens” property. The Company must pay to DreamWorks a participation fee of 25% of net merchandising receipts related to the property. Net merchandising receipts are defined as gross merchandising revenue less a 35% administration fee less all actual direct costs less all third party payments in connection with such merchandising
