The hope is that GSK seems enthused about the product and hopefully will put more effort behind it. It would be nice to get some off-label use in the interim and I don't believe Nplate has ever been looked at in HCV.

Lower treatment time=raise your price. That seems to be one rule in the drug pricing model. :)
