Anyone that can't correctly decipher a chart (pattern analysis, using correct indicators for future price movement prediction, ect.) really shouldn't be saying that others are ignoring the chart(s).
People are choosing to ignore the "chartist's" remarks and interpretation on carefully manipulated "chartist's" said charts.
