Kinda makes you think, huh. Anyone recall the scenario the last time we got news of a potiential settlement? Did the PPS jump before we (the public) actually heard anything?

thats a very good point....it maybe news..... being that the markets were so down...
however, only time with tell....next couple of days will be very telling.... if it goes back down to .08 cents or so...than it will have been manipulation....however, if it continues going up....it will have been news that has leaked.
