I see your point and I was looking at a different time frame than daily...sorry, it does look like it is still going down on daily and sar needs to drop and volume needs to dry up or could be company releasing some shares to finance that deal - not sure yet how that is going to be done.
clearly as I am in the red, I hope that it turns around soon - would have been nice to hold that .01 support
