Your information is incorrect. Wexford/Lambda owns approx. 60% of the company. Of memory, Southpaw owns approx. 1.5 million shares or warrants or something like that.

Wexford/Lambda @ 73%

another fund long time holder (name escapes me) @10%

Southpaw has a new holding of 9%

Only 8-10% in the public float and some of all of these numbers includes warrants. (warrants and their loan allowed Wexford for example to increase there holding from 44 to 73%)


thus only the 500k or up to 1million share float
