I'm sure many shareholders have sold due to the SEC investigation and chance of multiple lawsuits. You really have nothing to lose joining one of the class action suits. I remember one penny stock that lost a class action and the plaintifs were awarded warrants to purchase shares at $1. Of course the co. had no money (hence the warrants) and eventually went out of business.

What also doesn't make sense is the fact that the ambulance chasers are all "investigating". Why waste the time and money in the "investigation" if they believe the SEC's investigation is going to result in a civil suit? The information disclosed in a SEC suit would yield more information than any of their "investigations"

The fact that they are "investigating" now seems to show that they don't expect a SEC suit to materialize IMO.

At this point no one can join any of these lawsuits because

THERE IS NO COMPLAINT THAT THEY CAN READ AND AGREE TO.
