If those KDS that we see 100s of pictures
of really exist.. then FASC's stock price
(compared to 1,000s of other stocks that
don't even own anything you can hold
in your hands) is an aberation.
A nasty aberation.

And as whatshisname suggests.. FASC stock
has to go to about .50 (okay .30 cents)
for many of us to just break even..
considering lost opportunity, trepidation,
etc.
Still holding...

sunspotter - I don't think anyone doing that comparison would disagree that FASC hasn't performed. Just out of curiosity though, what are your expectations for the next 6-12 months and why?

Sunspotter, that is not a fair comparison. You can't compare FASC, a fledgling company trying to introduce game changing technology into the marketplace against an index. It just doesn't compare.

We all know that investing in penny stocks is a game of risk/reward as the majority of them fail. Besides some trying to flip in and out for small gains, the game as I play it is that you invest and you may have dead money for many years and lose it all or you hit a huge homerun. I am here in hopes of a huge homerun and I believe FASC is primed to get me there. I have other monies in limited-risk mutual funds and the like. Those you can compare to an index if you wish.

Sun,

It does not matter to me what FASC was doing ten years ago when I am making decisions based on a right now situation that did not exist 10 years ago.

At this time right now....it is about do you Trust Brian. That is the only thing that an investor can look at right now. There is nothing here if you cannot trust Brian. He can fulfill his commitments of protecting shareholders or he can calatorize the patents for Salaries. If his statement of profitablility is true than the profits must be large enough to evaporate the debt from Salaries.

If Brian collatorizes the Salaries it will be up to Shareholders to ensure a good bid war for the Patents or say good bye.

....thinking... the only other step FASC can make if Profits are not large enough to satisfy debt from Salaries is to change share structure so company can satisfy debt for salaries?

my thoughts/opinions, but not intented to ruffle feathers.

Once again I am trusting Brian. If I am wrong ....
