Fair enough, we can respectfully agree to disagree. Here is what I don't get though...why even allow people to question it? She stated when she supposedly started the buyback that she would be filing quarterly buyback reports. If that was the case, everyone would know exactly how much they have bought back and at what price. There have been no buyback reports and no statements with any concrete buyback information.

If she were buying a significant amount of shares why would she not plainly state exactly how many were purchased and the average price per share she bought them back for? This would dispel all speculation, give the company some credibility, give the longs a boost, and force the naysayers to come up with another argument. All positives for EMXC...

It has been suggested she does not want to publish revenues, buyback info, etc... because she wants to keep the share price low during the buyback. If that is the case and she is withholding information to keep the share price low, then what's up with the recent paid promotion that was recently discovered. Those are conflicting ideas...
