The 5.5 mil. from Lindberg although considered as part of his overall sentence was actually the result of an agreed upon judgement stemming from a civil " market manipulation case " initiated by the SEC and settled back in '08. This resulted from Lindbergs involvement in the initial GBVS scams surrounding Sniffex, National Storm Management and the ORIGIONAL Rudy Beverage Inc. for which the other Tulsa Cartel Members were indicted.
Lindbergs 5.5 mil. reportedly will be thrown into the pot to reimburse the investors from those INITIAL scams. His brief imprisonment can be attributed to his ongoing cooperation and testimony against his co-conspirators. The Judge herself described his cooperation as being " extraordinary in its scope and quality ".
Concerning your loss. Your investment was in either RUNU or RUDN which is totally separate (?). To date the only publicized criminal activity resulting in indictments relating to those companies are from the Chad Smanjak case. This suspect fled to his native South Africa and I would suspect that the case is still active. If you were to research the FAIRPLAY INTERNATIONAL announcement you could speculate that perhaps ? it's far from over. Throw in some false announcements and other questionable matters and that could enhance your belief that maybe ??? someday, with some luck, another restitution fund could pop up. Not saying that it will but will go on record as saying it should.
A couple of different acts in the Rudy Beverage Inc. play. Act 1 ( Tulsa ) is pretty much over. Just hope the following acts hit the stage.
