For whatever its worth, the Preferred Series A did not have "as converted" voting rights per the Articles of Incorporation on file in Colorado in September 2010 and January 2011. This is a definitive fact, not subject to interpretation or recollection.

I am also sorry most people lost money in this scam, while a few promoters enriched themselves. Don't say there weren't plenty of warnings.
