Tysabri sales are still a small fraction of what they were expected to be before the PML issue reared its ugly head.
Tysabri sales may not be stellar but the results are. So far as I can tell, Tysabri appears to be the best disease modifying treatment for RRMS.
Gadolinium enhanced MRI's show no MS activity in my wife since going on Tysabri. (Now on it about 4 years.) She was on Copaxone for a long time (guessing 8 years or so). During that time every MRI showed disease activity.
