Mainly, he has KEPT his promises where it counts and that is in the selling and product/awareness space. In the end, what most will care about is: Is the product selling for a nice profit. So far, he has been to how many events this year getting the word out. He's hit every event on the schedule set back in January and out of every event something of new value to the company has come. He's brought new people on-board, etc, etc. If a company is not growing, its dying, there is no in-between. And what is for sure proven here is this is NO PR/LAZY CROOKED CEO SCAM like so many other pinks. That's one way to tell it's legit bud.
The downside, and I agree, is all of this needs to be presented to the market through filings. But I do like the chances here that what appears to be is what it will be (and more). And once that is done, there will be a decided change at this post. Everyone loves a good success story...
