LGND—10% sounds too high, IMO, but it can’t be off by a lot. Perhaps more important is that response guided therapy is now the standard of care in HCV (thanks to Incivek and Victrelis), and this leads to shorter durations of interferon on average, cutting into the need for Promacta in a manner that might be worse than linear.
