Why would I be sorry, you were the one who for the last couple of weeks has been stating that ERHC is violating securities laws by not disclosing the details of the PSC, in fact you said it was bizarre. I'm glad you see that wasn't the case. As I've stated a few times now, ERHC was not required under SEC regulations to disclose the details of the material definitive agreement in the 8k unless those details were material. I never said that ERHC would never have to disclose those details, and I always stated that I fully expected ERHC to disclose those details in the future.
