Midtier and Kobi, I agree with you that this is the most likely scenario, that ERHC got its interest in Chari Ouest Block 3 from a relinquishment, which I outlined here.
However, the history between CPC and Offor entities does provide an interesting backdrop. Perhaps CPC will become ERHC's operating partner in Chari Ouest. - LT
