I didn't like the "Executive Order" and "Presidential Proclamation" aspects mentioned in the document. Too much of that going around already.

SevenTenEleven: Thanks that is quite a report. Finally financial terrorism is being examined and addressed. I think having the Secret Service involved is a smart move. They will hopefully ferret out those who are captured in other agencies that we are all well aware of that have captured employees who are aiding and abetting the terrorists.
