Greedy. The conversation, at hand, was initiated by a poster asking any board member to name 2 that went from grey to pink after an sec suspension (as he was alleging that it does not exist). I provided a link to a mass suspension that ultimately resulted in 4 returning to pink or higher. The board found one: 1 down 3 to go! :)

You can argue "non-existent company" as much as I can argue that Premiere was formed (for a reason) just prior to otc update & NVSOS update. A registered address, for the update, is meaningless - you know that as well as I do. I happen to believe that there is an asset here. DD is limited & difficult, but I believe there is an asset, a very big asset. Let's see if I am right!

It was said that an mm wouldn't touch anwm. Well, according to Medlink & 'others,' there is & has been an mm in place who said NO to the 2.25 years of financials supplied. he wants 3 full years. It was also said that it's the 'kiss of death' for an mm to fight the sec by submitting a 211 to finra & that an mm doesn't take that risk. Well, I direct you to UTOG who submitted a form 211 through an mm a few weeks ago already.

Liquidity? When the 1st trade at .0001 occurred, after suspension, all we heard was "see, see see!" Now it's traded its way up from .002 to .01 to .015 & now we hear "oh that does not matter - there's no liquidity." Well which is it? Can't have it be both ways!!

Only way to fix the shell is to dilute? I don't think so. Check & see how much money has accumulated the float of anwm over the YEARS, no short pump, YEARS. Forget dilution. KA & majority holders would die before that happens. Plenty of big money in this, so put the "abandon the shell easier & cheaper" theory back on the shelf, unless you can prove that is the case here (of course). Then I will listen. I want facts, not opinions. No one can learn from opinions & estimations here.

How about the hijacking theory? Medlink found it hysterical. When did you see the last 10K filed by Medlink? I saw an anwm update in January but haven't seen a 10K from Medlink for that period. Lots & lots of conspiracy theories floating around with little or no dd. Let us see who's around talking in the near future.
