Uh no. The board would be created to take this company to it's highest potential. It would have ZERO interaction with shareholders. It may set the structure for who does communicate with shareholders though.

But the main goals of such a board (if it really is comprised of the type of people that are rumored) would be focusing on the REAL matters at hand. Partners, mergers, buy-outs, production, marketing, etc.

I don't believe so Phrozt, I could be entirely wrong but I think their purpose would be more in the area of geographic areas to explore, pricing, cartel?, world outlook, need., that sort of thing. Just my opinion.
