MU: In addition to Strong Sell yesterday, this out today...FWIW First Albany sees weak quarter for Micron Technology (7:26 AM ET) NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- First Albany believes Micron Technology'sfiscal third-quarter will be weak given the decline in dynamic random access memory pricing. Analyst Auguste Richard now expects the memory chip maker to lose a penny a share on revenue of $1.05 billion during the quarter ending May, vs. prior forecasts of earnings of 2 cents a share on revenue of $1.1 billion. Richard lowered his 2005 earnings estimate to 33 cents a share from 39 cents. He also lowered his growth forecast for DRAM bit shipments for the quarter to 2% from 10%, and thinks inventory will increase to $780 million from $753 million. The stock closed Wednesday down 14 cents at $10.84. Richard reiterated his neutral rating, and said there would be little risk to the stock below $10.
