In the process of switching to etrade now because of my problems selling CDOI. I think zecco should allow CDOI to trade in the next few days. As far as I know, etrade is flate rate.
Not an issue with pennies, an issue with DTC and Penson, Zecco's clearing house. Penson has told me transfer it into another account and sell, would be cheaper
