FAVORITES/MAILBOX Shortcut

Personally, I use the keyboard commands quite frequently when reading messages.

From a post, you can click M to take you to your Mailbox or F to take you to Favorites.

I know a lot of people are dependent on the mouse, but once you get used to navigating with these keyboard commands, it's so much more efficient, imo.
