Although no one knows when the S-1 will be released, I believe we can expect it within the next few weeks. Since the first PR which mentioned the S-1 back in late March, it has been approx. 4 months. IMO we can expect it before Sept. at the latest. Should be a great day when we get out news!
you guys are putting too much faith in the S-1 to change the course
for C$, I'm telling you , all S-1s have selling shareholders and the price
is set on an average price over a period of time. most S-1 releases the stock is already trending down. They won't sell shares of stock at higher pps. believe me, I've done enough research in the SEC filings to say there is nothing to get all hyped up about. Prepare yourself for a little disappointment before breaking open the cork on the bottle of champagne. the road is long and the journey hasn't even been written in stone yet. best of luck and good trades. aimho
