To be fair the reason LEAT traded with more volume and PPS in the grey market was because it was a operating company, from what i see now that they are back on the pink sheets alot of competitors have jumped up that were not there while they were suspended.

Dont get me wrong all of these examples of suspended stocks returning to pink sheet were because they turned out to be real operating companies something ANWM has frankly shown no signs of yet, my point is if there was really plans on becoming active and either reverse merging or somehow running a mine exploration business with their own financing there is still a chance, or if not everyone with money in this was going to lose it anyway suspension or not.

The entire 100% point of my post was to dispute the untrue claims that greys cannot return to pink sheet (or higher). <--I thought the "higher" part was an understood point of interest that didn't need to be specifically highlighted or stated ... The fact that jamn is an otcbb fully reporting (& not just pink) is still an upgrade from grey, right? We're really splitting hairs on thin stories now. As far as the 4 of the 35, there was no conversation about how long it took & how varying the price points were for the 4 that got off grey sheets? Leat not being a "positive example to cite?" You are incorrect. It is a perfect example. It was upgraded from grey, that was the dispute & question. Who made Leat's trading patterns a parallel example for anwm? That's irrelevant. They are not the same companies or management?

Leat was suspended for "Questions ... regarding the adequacy and accuracy of press releases concerning the company’s assets and operation." This suspension was due to a spam email campaign. Don't "assume" the other 3 in the 2007 35-bulk suspension were "equally negative." Do some dd & then you can replace your assumptions with facts.

PS, "The stock resets to market value, which is likely to be very substantially lower." <---Who said? Is that allegedly "boiler-plate?" You, yourself, state that you "believe" that anwm is an empty shell & you 'surmise' that it has no assets. Let me allow you to ponder a thought: If full transparency occurs & an asset is revealed simultaneously with a finra 211 approval, do the "studies" show that a stock is always victim to "reset to market value, which is likely to be very substantially lower??" Wasn't it already stated that grey is the death & the pps killer??? Now graduation to pink is a terror?? Can't have it both ways.
