Darn right gemstone, cuda has been here a long time and has earned the right to say what ever he wants.
I would suggest that with a producing miner, it doesn't take all that much to move it, even with the 2 billion shares (plus) out there.
To keep it in perspective, the guys that bought on the recent lows a week ago (or so) have almost doubled their money, just by way of static accumulation. With some
news we do even better than that.
I don't think the issue here is share count so much as production.
Share count is important of course, but it's production that will move the needle, and we have already seen it isn't all that hard to do.
