ironically, only when sg goes

for jpm/fdic's jugular will the possibility of settlement surface. anything short of no-holds-barred will simply have these villians yawning.

though i tend to agree, no settlement in the works until days before the verdict announced in jury trial against jpm/fdic.

this case just has too much money involved.
