About the time the investor came in with the company claiming $11 million assests!! When they did not!!

Dead wrong. They filed an 8k in May 2010 saying don't rely on the 10K filed 6 weeks earlier.

The investigation is now substantially over and apparently they found nothing but the restatements from 2 years ago that the company disclosed themselves after 6 whole weeks.

Note that the company voluntarily, and compared to "government time", fixed the problem quickly. Subsequently they have been very careful to file accurately. I think we see a fine, if that.
