Well, I would be more impressed if they had acquired a software company whose web site was talking about current development of software in state of the art capacity but, it appears that all they have is a collection of inexpensive off the shelf products most of which have already been in retail stores for some time. The type of software products they possess are not generally the kind of software that gets updated periodically so, I do not see follow on sales to the same customers. In fact, I'm wondering if they haven't just bought a company that markets a set of software but, in fact has no software developers. This seems to be the case here. Certainly this is a small step in the right direction or so it appears but, much more is needed to show the kind of earnings that will support a substantial rise in price.
