Mesh could use a 504 Private Placement and divulge very little to investors.
The Maximum they could raise under a 504 PP would be $1 million.
But 504's must be registered nowadays and could be searched to determine if Mesh has one outstanding and its basic terms.

Not really .... if I had the cash I could buy into a private company via a private placement without seeing a single piece of paper. The extent of DD would be only what I wanted to see.
