While I was out walking the dog after market...I thought of that....I said to myself "Derby, you are absolutely right on everything here except....you've never dealt with a Canadian spawned P&D that had SUCH a MICRO share structure"....
So....I must admit that the S/S is probably SO small comparatively speaking, that the MM's are either inspired to just "maintain" a level when its reached...unless more buying kicks in....OR....its so small that even they can't find enough shares to borrow to "short" ( yet another advantage of only looking at small float stocks ).
The runs getting historically progressivly smaller though, does indicate that this Corp. shell executives have burned people before....and people remember....thus over time they can pull the wool over fewer and fewer eyes with their PR's. People are even too jaded now with false mining "site" photos...usually stolen from some other Co.'s REAL mining operation with good photoshopped Co. names and logos on the mining equipment IN the photos...EXAMPLE: Cotton & Western Iron mining total BS....
Based on the historical chart I posted....if you draw a line from the top of the first monster run, down, right to left....you DO get a "topping trend line" that winds up @ .50 so YOUR estimate of THIS runs top might just very well be correct....
The price OF Gold increasing over the years will not effect this. OTC traders in GENERAL have been burned too many times by fake Gold mining operations...always PRing about "Oh we have the property lease now, oh we have the mineral rights now, oh we're proceeding with sampling" ....always just enough news to fire the investor imagination and the feeding frenzy...but ALWAYS an "empty pot" on results AFTER specified target dates come and go...and THEN the Corp. "excuse machine" starts up.... "Wash, Rise, Repeat"....
