OK KK did what he said he was going to do. There has been a great deal of outrage expressed here and no one wants to be one of KK's bitches, but we probably all are. Despite all of the hand wringing everyone knew that a R/S was inevitable sometime. Many of us hoped that it would wait until the company had established its legitimacy. We all are sure what our fate will be at this early stage after the R/S. We will not get our shares until the new diluting shares have pulled the bottom out. OK! BUT NO ONE HAS ASKED THE REAL QUESTION: WHY 1000 to 1? KK could have met all of his objectives listed in the 10K and today's press release with a 10:1 R/S. WHY 100 times this? This is the most important aspect of today’s news. Objectives other than those that have been articulated must be in order unless KK intends to dilute this thing a 1000-fold. I could state that even he is not that greedy, but not today.
