that may be true but there is one key difference from last time, THERE ARE PHYSICAL FORMS INDICATING A CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP IN THE COMPANY, I MAY NOT HAVE BEEN THERE FOR 2010 BUT I CAN READ ALL OF THE PAST FILINGS :p
