I was a bit concerned not seeing any filings. Couldn't see why they would sell that interest after holding on so long, yet, no filings. It costs money to be SEC compliant. But again, to only shell out such a minimal amount of cash for the risk, the windfall seemed too good to shuck it away.
Those are not made up numbers either. It's the real deal. This is getting cleaned up for a score. About time.
