I know, I know. I was lamenting to my wife last night that I'm a major Ford guy but now own a Chevy truck. The same truck I used to make fun of a lot.
The F350 was overall a very good truck for what it was, but wasn't comfortable, and it was starting to get pretty tired. If its next owner doesn't tow obscene loads with it, he'll be pretty happy with it.
I'm going to have to go through the manual on the new Chevy. It's only got about 150 miles on it right now and the salesman said that aside from normal break-in driving patterns, I need have no other concerns about break-in. He said I can go ahead and put a trailer on it right away.
I'm not going to believe that until the manual tells me otherwise. I do remember that my F350 got a trailer on it the day I picked it up, but a previous Suburban had serious problems specifically because I had it trailering too soon.
