Thanks,wonder what % of total rev's would trigger a material event requiring full disclosure, I assume settlement well below 1% of their respective revenues

For companies as large as NVS and TEVA, items such as legal settlements can often be buried in the Other Income or Other Expenses

It's only Murdoch's News Corp that needs a line item for Hush Money. :)
