Your right there is no global lock otherwise my shares would have been frozen and not been able to be transferred to Fidelity, It's the 3 companies ST ET AT who played the wrong game on July 1 and they and they only locked it up for there own benefit If they lose these shares they will lose hundreds of millions of dollars, Soon everyone will transfer out and they will have lost
