About 4 days. I evev made a copy off the shares in my account. After 20 minutes on the phone with fidelity. I just got off. Here's what they told me.there is a global lock ( NO KIDDING) and you can not transfer thoses shares and sell them. But you can buy sfio through them now and sell thoses shares. My thinking is that the DTCC has know idea what shares are good or bad.
